Joan joined The Murphy Team in April 2002 after working
with a Maryland firm that specializes in new home development
and construction. She has since expanded her growing knowledge
of the stressful real estate business to include the condo
and co-op markets.
Most likely, Joan's voice is the first contact you will
have with The Murphy Team. She helps The Murphy Team provide
excellent service to our buyers and sellers. Joan handles
processing of listing and sales contracts, database management,
mailings, and general adminstrative duties.
Joan's degree is in Mass Communication and she has more
than 10 years experience in sales and marketing, direct
marketing and government and public affairs in Lagos,
Nigeria and London England.
Joan-Dolores Chinedu Adesanya was born in Nigeria and
is now a permanent U.S. resident.
