Ross Vann, with the Murphy Team at Long and Foster, specializes in both residential and commercial real estate in Washington DC.  In 2005, Ross and his team sold over $68 million dollars in residential and commercial property. Ross was recognized for his performance in multifamily residential units and was the Number 1 sales agent at Long and Foster for commercial real estate in 2005.

His repeat business with residential and commercial buyers, sellers and developers is testament to his commitment to his clients’ success. As the public presence of every sales effort he encounters, Ross Vann provides the professionalism, resourcefulness and responsiveness necessary to meet his clients’ needs in today’s market.  

His contributions include the following:

Prior to his position with the Murphy Team, Ross Vann worked as a senior member of the sales and marketing team in the music distribution division of Sony Corporation. While at Sony, Ross was credited with several sales awards and achievements. After leaving Sony, Ross parlayed the skills he honed while there into his successful real estate career. 

Within his first few years in the business, Ross lead the Murphy Team in both commercial and residential sales – a feat even more impressive in light of the fact that the Murphy Team has sold more real estate each year since 1990 than any other real estate team in Washington and Maryland.
